HOLLYWOOD, CA - Papers filed today in Los Angeles District Court reveal details of lawsuit Cowell vs. Virtual Dog Park and Peanuts.

Despite a hoarse, barely audible, very unprofessional voice, the defendant Peanuts(the alleged transsexual lover of Cowell) made it all the way to the American Idol finals thanks to the constant praise of Cowell.
Peanuts has signed a sworn affidavit attesting to the veracity of the photo.
In a brief press conference on the court house steps Cowell stated, "These stupid, worthless, fuckin' piece of shit websites think that they can do and say whatever they like!
